Finishing coach training is just the start. Many coaches need ongoing support, feedback, and connection to actually build a sustainable practice, which is why Chad Hall built the CAM Community of Coaches inside Coach Approach Ministries. It gives Christian coaches, whether just getting started or already working with clients, a place to keep sharpening their skills alongside other coaches who share their faith-based approach.

Members join monthly live webinars and learning labs led by expert mentors, plus monthly mentorship sessions to work through what's actually happening in their coaching practice. The community also gives coaches a network to lean on, from specialty groups to a member directory, so growing a coaching business doesn't have to happen alone.
