You're the advocate, the researcher, the translator and the case manager for your kid. Too often you're doing it alone, inside systems that weren't built for your family.

Care Lab Collective is a disability-affirming community built by parents raising neurodivergent and disabled kids of all ages. Here, you don't have to explain or fight to be understood. Our kids' support needs are real. Their differences are not deficits.

Inside, you'll find a moderated peer space led by veteran parent-advocates, live and recorded workshops, The Advocate Lab speaker series with guests like Tiffany Hammond and Dr. Destiny Huff, practical IEP and school advocacy resources, and virtual and in-person gatherings in New Jersey and New York City. Show up live or on your own time.

We started as a local peer support network that grew to more than 580 parents with no ad spend. As one member put it: "From the very first meeting, I felt like I could breathe."

Come as you are, when you can. Try two weeks free, no credit card required.
