This Spanish-language community supports people living with rare, invisible, or hard-to-diagnose conditions, as well as those still searching for answers. Club Cebra was built from Dr. Ricardo Gil's work with real patients who needed more than isolated doctor visits — they needed context, tools, and a group of people who understood what they were going through. Today it brings together more than 100 patients who no longer have to carry that process alone.

The Mensual plan gives members monthly, no-commitment access to the full community: content on daily self-care, emotional health, navigating the healthcare system, and understanding complex conditions, plus live sessions and support from a multidisciplinary team that includes doctors, a dietitian, a psychologist, and other specialists. Members can join, pause, or step away whenever they need to, using the space at their own pace, whether that means checking in daily or only during harder moments.
