Clusity Platform is Belgium's largest community for women in tech, co-founded by Rein Meirte and Elke Kraemer to make the tech industry more inclusive. What began as small workshops has grown into a network of more than 4,000 women who connect through events, mentorship, and a digital membership platform. Members get access to career resources, CV and LinkedIn coaching, and mentorship programs designed to support job seekers and working professionals alike. Clusity partners with companies across the sector to create real opportunities, visibility, and long-term career support for women in tech.
