Confident Care Academy

Confident Care Academy is an online clinical education and mentorship community designed specifically for critical care nurses (ICU nurses) and those preparing for CRNA (nurse anesthesia) roles. The academy addresses the gap between theoretical nursing education and the high-stakes, rapid decision-making demands of critical care settings. Members have access to a growing library of in-depth lectures (CE-approved), cheat sheets for bedside reference, and weekly live virtual meetups during which participants can ask questions and engage with expert mentors. The community also hosts moderated discussion spaces, mock interviews, personal statement reviews, and 1:1 support services tailored to members’ trajectories (e.g. applying to CRNA school). Its content is designed to go beyond superficial “tips and tricks”—the founders aim to teach the “why” behind interventions, integrating pharmacology, pathophysiology, and critical care rationale at a graduate-level depth. Because CCA is an accredited provider of continuing education (via the California Board of Nursing), many members can claim credits from their subscription. The academy is not just a content platform but also a relational space where nurses can find peer connection, mentorship, and support in what can often be an isolating or high-pressure profession.
