Leadership can be lonely, but it doesn’t have to be. Daily Coach Academy is small groups of 8 to 12 leaders who meet monthly to inspire, teach, and support one another in building championship teams and cultures.

Each group is built around a shared role and leadership level, and each 90-minute Zoom call is facilitated by a leader who is in the arena and runs their own team, like Ted Rath, Director of Sports Performance at New Orleans Saints and Coach Tasha Pointer, head women’s basketball coach at Kean University.

Whatever your role, everything we do is through the lens of sports. Sports is one of the best fields to learn about leadership, culture, and team building, so every session draws on what the best coaches do. Members bring the challenge they’re facing right now and work through it with peers who have been there. The monthly call is a ritual to step back from the daily grind and reflect on how you’re showing up as a leader, and most members leave energized by peers who care about the team-building side of the job as much as they do.
