Done Differently is an executive function and business coaching practice. This membership is for founders who know what the business needs and still struggle to start. Support covers follow-ups, finances, a proposal, content or the next decision that actually moves things forward.
Members get live body doubling and group coaching for follow-through, plus twice-monthly founder coaching that cycles through brand, offers, operations, finance basics and strategy. A quarterly planning session and a private founders space give the work a regular rhythm.

What's included?
Weekly Live Body Doubling
Group body doubling on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Central. Name what you are working on, begin while others work too, and leave with it moved forward.
Group Coaching on Follow-Through
Live group coaching twice a month, on the first and third Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. Central. Each month explores a specific topic, with room for your own questions and real-life examples.
Business Founder Group Coaching
Live coaching on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, noon to 1 p.m. Central. Topics cycle through brand, offers and sales, operations, finance basics and strategy, plus your current questions.
Quarterly Planning
A three-hour group planning session on a Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. Central, held each January, April, July and October. The date is announced one month ahead.
Resource Libraries
A business library and an executive function library of short videos, tools and worksheets you can return to whenever they are useful.
Private Founders Space
A private space for founders to connect and talk through follow-ups, finances, a proposal, content or the next business decision that actually moves things forward.
Session Recordings
Coaching calls are recorded and posted, so you can catch up if the live time does not work for you or rewatch the support when you need it.
Community Chat
A community chat where members stay connected between live sessions. You do not have to attend every call to belong; the point is to have support available when you need it.
