Fire Family Collective is a private, nationwide online community built specifically for the spouses and partners of firefighters. Created by the Ventura Fire Foundation, this community exists because fire life is unlike any other — the shift schedules, the stress, the missed milestones, and the unique pride that comes with loving someone in the fire service. Here, members find others who truly understand.

Whether you are brand new to fire life or have been living it for decades, this community meets you where you are. Members connect 24/7 with peers across the country through special interest groups covering parenting, marriage and relationships, spiritual support, career and leadership, retirement planning, and more. No more explaining yourself to people who don't get it — this is a space built for you.
