The FCL Coach Community is a membership platform designed for lacrosse coaches who want to bring new ideas, strategies, and techniques to their programs. Built on five years of content development and shaped by community feedback, the community combines live programming with a growing on-demand library to serve coaches at every level. Each month, top college coaches lead live webinars covering schemes, positional concepts, and game management, with recordings made available immediately after for flexible review. A curated drill library of more than 80 exercises, organized by position and unit, gives coaches ready-to-implement material for any point in the season. Film breakdowns of NCAA and professional game footage are organized by topic and concept, helping coaches connect classroom learning to live play. Beyond the content library, the community connects members directly with FCL staff and fellow coaches for ongoing dialogue, strategy discussion, and professional growth.
