Foundry is a group coaching program for men who sense there is more to life than what they have been living. It is a brotherhood built around virtues over vices, for men ready to stop lying, running, sedating and breaking promises, and to become the husband and father they were designed to be.

The name comes from the metal foundry, where material is purified, shaped and molded for its perfect use. The program works in four areas: the Mindset, the Code, the Compass and the 4 Securities. Together they cover what true manhood means, a system of principles, a direction for your life and the foundations of security for your family.

The program is led by marriage coach Hasani Pettiford and men's coach Jeff Whitt. It suits single and married men who are dissatisfied with their results in life, love or finances and are ready to take full responsibility for their outcomes.

  • Daily Accountability Check-Ins

    Daily check-ins that keep each man accountable to his commitments and to the brotherhood, so progress carries beyond the coaching calls.

    Practical challenges that turn the program's principles into action in your habits, relationships, work and finances between coaching sessions.

  • The Purification Process

    A process of the heart, mind and soul in which each man's character is tested and refined, moving him toward the best version of himself.

  • Weekly office hours and Facebook community

    Live weekly office hours for questions, plus a private member Facebook community and lifetime online access to course assets and any bonus content added.
