The FPM Roundtable is an ongoing professional community built for coaches and clinicians who want more than what individual seminars can offer. It is designed around the idea that implementation — not just information — is where growth actually happens, and that it is a lot easier to do when you are surrounded by people working through the same challenges.

Members come from across the rehab and performance spectrum: physical therapists, chiropractors, strength coaches, trainers, and healthcare practitioners who share a commitment to person-centered care. The Roundtable gives them a space to stay connected, keep developing, and put FPM principles to work in their own practices.

The FPM Approach

FPM is built around a simple idea:

Help people build confidence and capacity through movement by finding a safe, relatable starting point — then progressively challenge them toward meaningful goals.

Our framework emphasizes:

• Sustainable athleticism and healthy longevity

• Preparation over protection

• Resilience over fragility

• Relationship-based coaching over transactional care

• Person-centered problem solving over rigid protocols

We believe movement professionals can play a central role in helping people maintain independence, performance, and quality of life across the lifespan.
