Freedom Together is a membership community dedicated to the embodied inner work of living beyond the Survival Mind, the fear-driven conditioning that drives personal suffering and relational conflict. The community is built around three core tools developed by Chris Knight over 15 years of private practice: the F.R.E.E. Enquiry Process, the Self Recognition Practice, and the Relational R.E.P.A.I.R. method. Members join weekly live sessions with Chris and Tess Mallett to practice these tools together, building the internal capacity to respond rather than react in real time. Over time, members report recovering more quickly from emotional triggers, communicating with greater clarity, and building deeper connection in relationships. A 14-day free trial allows newcomers to explore the practices and experience the community before committing. Freedom Together also offers a certified Self Enquiry Practitioner pathway for those who want to bring this work to others.
