Many hygienists are promoted for clinical trust, not leadership training, and have few peers who understand the role. HygieneLEAD Community is a peer space for hygiene leaders, with or without the title, to share real questions and get support from people in the same seat.
Members trade scripts and tools, celebrate wins, and bring in-the-moment leadership questions to the group. Founder Stacey Sloan, who oversaw hygiene across more than 100 dental practices, adds guest speakers and a growing resource library. Membership is month-to-month with no contract.
