IMPACTors Leadership Lab is the home of the Leap with IMPACT™ Leadership Accelerator—a seven-month, cohort-based leadership journey for Chinese professionals in North America ready to make a meaningful leap in how they lead.

Designed for leaders operating in complex, high-responsibility environments, the Accelerator goes beyond traditional leadership training. It integrates group coaching, peer learning, and reflective practice to support leaders in aligning identity, intention, and action.

Participants engage in live facilitated sessions, guided reflection, and structured peer practice, all anchored in a personal leadership project that evolves throughout the program. The focus is not on performance tactics alone, but on strengthening presence, decision-making clarity, relational impact, and the ability to lead through uncertainty.

Between sessions, participants are supported by the IMPACTor AI Coach—a reflective companion designed to deepen self-inquiry, integration, and sense-making, so learning continues beyond live conversations.

Rather than an open-access community, IMPACTors Leadership Lab is a cohort-based practice space, where commitment, rhythm, and shared inquiry create the conditions for real transformation.

The Accelerator follows a clear leadership growth rhythm: leading from within, leading with courage in relationships and systems, and leading by design—supporting leaders to move fluidly between inner clarity and real-world impact.
