Irth is a maternal health platform and community designed to improve pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences through shared knowledge and accountability. Members use the Irth app to access and contribute reviews of maternity care providers based on lived experiences, helping families make informed decisions. The community centers Black and brown voices while welcoming all who value respectful, evidence-informed maternity care. Irth also provides educational content and advocacy tools that empower users to understand their rights and options within healthcare systems. By combining community insight with data transparency, the platform addresses disparities and systemic bias in maternal care. Irth exists to support safer, more informed, and more dignified birth experiences through collective voice and community power.
