Working alone from home can be hard for neurodivergent people who need accountability and stimulation to actually get started. Jen Kirkman, host of the You Are A Lot ADHD/AuDHD podcast, built this co-working community after trying other body-doubling platforms that never quite fit — sessions that were too short, structured in ways that broke her focus, or ended just as she was hitting her stride.

The Co-Work Community is a 24/7 online body-doubling space where members work or handle tasks in the presence of others doing the same, no socializing required. Jen personally hosts sessions throughout the week, and the space stays open around the clock for members to keep working together. Beyond the sessions, there's a message board where members set goals, celebrate what they got done, and connect over their neurodivergent lives. Everyone is welcome, whether formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or simply someone who focuses better with company.
