The Influential Leader Collective is a live group coaching community facilitated by Michael Diettrich-Chastain and the Arc Integrated team. Members work through real leadership challenges inside a structured monthly curriculum, bring their toughest situations to an expert-guided Hot Seat, and build peer relationships with other leaders who take this work as seriously as they do. Every session is recorded, and a growing resource library supports the learning between calls.
