Les Intentionnelles

Les Intentionnelles is an international network and association founded in 2022 by Rachel Loussika, bringing together visionary and ambitious young women who invest in themselves to grow and create a positive impact in their environments. The community operates around four pillars: Personal Development and Productivity, Professional and Academic Integration, Well-being and Self-care, and Financial Management and Entrepreneurship. Members gather weekly through digital sessions and periodically through in-person events held in Paris, Dakar, and Abidjan, creating an intercontinental community with a strong francophone identity. The network requires prospective members to complete an application reviewed by the team before acceptance, ensuring alignment with community values. With over 160 member participants, it provides both peer accountability and structured learning through masterclasses. Les Intentionnelles operates under France's 1901 association law as a formally constituted non-profit organisation.
