Life After Loss Academy is an online grief coaching program and community founded in 2020 by Shelby Forsythia, a grief coach, author, and podcast host who began studying grief after her mother's death in 2013. Her work has been featured in Huffington Post, Bustle, and The Oprah Magazine.
The Academy uses Shelby's five-step GRIEF Method, a compassionate and practical framework for growing through grief at your own pace in combination with weekly grief coaching sessions and a community of fellow grievers to help you navigate life after death, divorce, diagnosis, or another major transition.
