Conducted in Czech, Lionhearted & Young Lions CZ is the official community for participants in the annual Young Lions creative competition, the Czech Republic's most prestigious program for communications professionals under 30, affiliated with the global Cannes Lions festival. The community was created to concentrate the most talented young people in Czech marketing, advertising, media, and PR in one place, giving them the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow together year-round. Membership is exclusive: the only way to join is to compete in Young Lions. Once inside, members gain access to the Excellence Track, approximately twenty live and virtual lectures delivered by competition judges covering creativity, strategy, and personal excellence. Members also attend Connections meetings held in person across Prague throughout the year, creating opportunities for peer-to-peer learning between agency professionals and client-side marketers. For medalists, the annual Winners Camp offers two days of intensive masterclasses, cementing Young Lions as a full-year accelerator.
