Manufacturing Leadership Community

The Manufacturing Leadership Community is a place for frontline leaders and managers to come together to grow their leadership skills and make their teams more effective. We do this by engaging in live bi-weekly group trainings where leaders can share their experiences and create a strategy for how they will lead their team. All live calls are recorded so they can be accessed at any time. Members are challenged to set Leadership KPI's- specific goals for how they want to build trust or clarify expectations with their team, and the community is there to hold them accountable for executing those goals. There is even an area with challenging leadership scenarios for members to consider how they might react in a new situation and hear about how other leader may have handled similar situations in their career. For any manufacturing leader that has ever felt isolated in their role or experienced burnout from pouring into their team, the Manufacturing Leadership Community will be a valuable resource.
