MaxiciseTV was born after Maxine made two dance fitness DVDs with ITV's Lorraine Kelly, built on her mantra: "Us girls have been dancing in school playgrounds since Grease, it's what comes naturally to us."
Members join the livestream twice a week, choose from six hour-long workout sessions or 20, 30, and 40 minute bitesize sessions, and get all-new content every weekend to keep things fresh. Along the way, you get access to a growing online community for love and support.
