Grief can affect your sleep, relationships, concentration, and sense of who you are. The Mindfulness & Grief School offers expert guidance, practical tools, and a community of people who understand what you're going through.

Unlike traditional grief support groups that focus primarily on sharing experiences, the School helps you build skills you can use in everyday life. You'll learn meditation, journaling, mindfulness, and self-care practices to work with difficult emotions, manage overwhelm, and care for yourself as you grieve.

Led by grief expert and author Heather Stang, MA, C-IAYT, the School combines weekly live groups, guided practices, self-paced courses, and a private community. Heather's research-informed 8-Step Mindfulness & Grief System provides structure without imposing stages or timelines.

You can share in live sessions or simply listen. Learn at your own pace, stay connected to the person who died, and discover what helps you live with grief.

Start with a 14-day free trial.
