A supportive community for late-diagnosed autistic adults seeking connection and belonging.
Mom on the Spectrum
Mom on the Spectrum is a global, neurodivergent-led community designed for autistic adults who want a place to feel understood. Through shared experiences and affirming conversations, members find connection without the pressure to mask or explain themselves. The community prioritizes authenticity, compassion, and lived experience over clinical labels or rigid expectations.
Inside the community, members participate in connection groups, discussions, and gentle learning spaces focused on understanding the autistic experience. Conversations explore topics like burnout, masking, sensory overwhelm, and identity rediscovery in a supportive environment. The goal is simple: help autistic adults feel less alone and more at home in themselves.
