Mentor First is a warm, interactive community where parents, grandparents, and professionals learn Neuro-Developmental Mentoring (NDM™) a neuroscience-based, trauma-informed approach that builds connection, emotional safety, and long-term growth.

You’ll begin with our Parent to Mentor mini-course to strengthen your relationship foundation, then deepen your skills through:
