Chronic Lyme Disease & Coinfections runs more than 10 lessons and over 90 minutes of instruction. Mold & Mycotoxin Illness runs more than 10 lessons and over 120 minutes. MCAS & Histamine Intolerance runs more than 10 lessons and over 120 minutes. That's more than 330 minutes — over five and a half hours of instruction across the three certification courses, before the final certification exam. All three run more than 10 lessons each, broken into short, self-contained pieces you can watch between patients rather than blocking out an afternoon, and the seven additional courses sit on top of that total.

Four components, every time. Testing: the specific panels to order, which company to run them through, and what each marker means. Functional ranges: optimal ranges rather than the lab's conventional "normal," so you catch dysfunction earlier. Treatment with named products: the actual agents, botanicals, binders, and supplements used in clinic, named specifically, with the reasoning for choosing between them. Exact dosing: how much, how often, for how long, in what order, how to titrate a reactive patient, and when to retest. Plus contraindications, sequencing against other root causes, and patient communication language.

Broad functional medicine programs cover a lot of ground generally but leave chronic Lyme and mold thin, and can run $5,000–$15,000+ over six to eighteen months. Tick-borne training tends to be spread across conferences that still leave you asking what to do next. This is built around exactly that gap: the specific, actionable detail once you've found the root cause — plus a place to bring the case that still won't move. Many clinicians use it alongside ILADS involvement rather than instead of it.
