The Pleasure Wisdom Forum is a German-speaking online community for embodied sexuality, self-healing, and conscious transformation, founded by Francesca Lötscher, a Berlin-based somatic sexuality educator, mentor, and self-healing bodyworker.

The Forum offers rich, trauma-sensitive, and research-informed content on female and male sexuality, combining knowledge with embodied practice. Members learn to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, nervous systems, and authentic pleasure.

Based on the Pleasure Wisdom System®, Francesca’s integrative approach combines Soft Touch Self De-Armouring, body-based Inner Child Work (Regenerative Therapy), Jade Egg Practice (Desilets Method), and Embodied Psychosexual Method (EPSM).

The Pleasure Wisdom Forum is a safe and supportive space for people of all genders to deepen their understanding of sexuality, release limiting patterns, and cultivate a more embodied relationship with themselves and their pleasure.

Pleasure is not something to achieve. It is something the body remembers when it feels safe enough to open.
