What's included?

  • An Introduction to Qigong - 4 sections (17 minutes)

    Starting with an understanding of the principles of movement, role of the mind and the concept of qi so that you can fully engage in the practice.

  • Breakdown of the 4 core movements - 15 sections (85 minutes)

    Each movement is clearly explained starting with the mechanics and adaptations before going into the details of the applications and benefits.

  • Practice Sets - 2 sections (21 minutes)

    From 5 minutes to 12 minutes, a range of practice sets to support your ongoing learning and exploration.
