Most people trying to move into AI hit the same wall. Every job ad wants Python, every course teaches model building, and if you are a delivery lead, an analyst, a project manager or an operator, the message is that there is no room for you unless you become an engineer.

That is not true, and it is costing people careers. The bottleneck in AI right now is not people who can build. It is people who can decide what should be built, judge whether it works, and carry a product from idea to release inside a real organisation. That role is product, and it does not require you to write code.

This space gives you the complete 16-week AI Product Management track at your own pace: around three captioned videos a week, slides, written guides, a summary video, a quiz and a portfolio assignment every week, inside the RatioMesh Circle community. You leave with language you can use in an interview and artefacts you can show.

You are not doing it alone. Every member joins a weekly accountability pod, a small group that meets to set targets and keep pace through the track. Finishing a self paced course is a discipline problem more than a content problem, and the pod is how we solve it.
