Most people who want to bake sourdough talk themselves out of it before they start. A starter feels fussy, the vocabulary is confusing, and the idea of feeding a jar of flour every day sounds like one more thing on an already full plate. This course exists for exactly that person: someone curious about sourdough but convinced they're too busy or too much of a beginner to pull it off.

Brittany built the course around her own experience learning sourdough the hard way, then simplifying it into something a busy person can actually follow. Hands-on time runs about 25 minutes per bake, and every recipe is plant-based, with no animal products or added oil. Members work through short videos at their own pace, covering starter care, three loaf recipes using different grains, and plant-based dishes that pair well with fresh bread. Along the way, there's a private space to ask questions and troubleshoot, plus direct email support when a loaf doesn't turn out right.
