Inside, members pair up for practice sessions, join live mock interviews and recruiter office hours, and work through problem-solving practice inside a Roblox game built specifically for assessment prep. There are also insider video tips, written guides, and interview frameworks members can work through at their own pace, plus networking events and occasional AMAs with the team. Roblox has said that nearly half of its 2024 early-career hires used the community while preparing for their interviews.
