Advice is everywhere, but structure and accountability are not. Stagerra places members into small "Circles of Trust" of 5-9 peers who meet weekly for 60-minute sessions hosted by a certified facilitator, working through major life and career decisions together.

Circles are organized around five life stages, from early exploration through mentorship and legacy-building. Current groups include a Career Pivot Circle for professionals making intentional career shifts, and a Legacy Circle for experienced individuals figuring out how to keep contributing and pass on what they know.

Founded by Eyal Danon, who also founded Ignite Advisory Group (a global leader in building expert advisory communities for Fortune 500 companies) and authored the book Before the Kids and Mortgage, Stagerra brings a structured, peer-driven approach to navigating change instead of generic advice.
