The Antidote Women’s Collective is a members-only community for women who want to know themselves more deeply and live from that knowing.

Many women become highly skilled at responding to the world around them: achieving, caring for others, meeting expectations, pushing through exhaustion, and keeping going. The Antidote creates space to practice something different by noticing your own rhythms, desires, limits, instincts, and changing needs.

At the heart of the collective is the belief that women are rhythmic beings. Our bodies change across the menstrual cycle and throughout the seasons and thresholds of life. Cycle awareness offers a practical framework for understanding these changes while developing a deeper skill: learning to notice and trust the signals coming from within.

Through women’s circles, coaching, masterclasses, practices, and gatherings, members explore identity, ambition, relationships, desire, boundaries, creativity, leadership, grief, motherhood, caregiving, rest, pleasure, and reinvention.

The Antidote is also a place to gather beyond performance, networking, or small talk. A place to be witnessed, challenged, celebrated, and reminded that we do not have to make sense of our lives alone.

It is a practice of coming back to ourselves.
