Grief does not run on a schedule, and for many people that mismatch is the hardest part to accept. The Good Grief Group is a space for people grieving the loss of a child or loved one who want somewhere to process that loss without being pushed to move through it quickly. Lenny Hunt started the group after losing his own two sons in a car accident, building it around the idea that grief can be worked with, not just endured, using daily prompts, honest conversation, and hands-on tools instead of platitudes.

Inside the group, members get a mix of daily structure and steady community. A prompted discussion and an affirmation land each day, giving people something small and doable to hold onto even on hard days. Monthly seminars and on-demand grief courses go deeper when someone is ready, and a weekly gathering called Monday Mourning Coffee gives members a regular touchpoint with others who understand what they are carrying. Private messaging keeps space open for one-on-one conversations when a member wants more individual support.
