The Hallowell Hub is an online practice community for adults with ADHD, built around the belief that understanding the condition is only the beginning. Where most resources stop at knowledge, the Hub provides structure with live events, guided practices, and peer connection designed to help members move from theory into embodied daily life.

Each week includes office hours with Dr. Hallowell, a Connection Practice session, and body-doubling co-work sessions, which offer members the gentle accountability of working in the presence of others. The community is organized around six pillars: Reframe, Regulate, Structure, Ignite, Connect, and Practice, each providing dedicated space for growth and peer support. Membership is open to adults with ADHD. All members get a free pass to gift to a Partner, Friend, or Family Member so they can join our separate Partners, Friends, and Family community that hosts weekly meetings with Sue Hallowell, LICSW, because those that support you deserve their own support too.

What's included?

  • Weekly Office Hours

A live intimate session with Dr. Hallowell each week, offering direct access to the world's leading ADHD expert.
