Growing up as the scapegoat in a narcissistic or emotionally immature family leaves patterns that persist long after someone understands what happened. The Holding Space, built around Blake Anderson's Ascent method, exists for people ready to work through those patterns instead of just naming them.

Members move through The Ascent course at their own pace, with twice-weekly live office hours to work through real situations as they come up. Blake, a Registered Social Worker, guides the group while also offering 1:1 coaching for people who want closer support. The focus stays practical: reclaiming an authentic sense of self, building grounded confidence in relationships, and setting boundaries with family members without losing yourself in the process.
