Plenty of designers are very good at the work and still quietly underpaid. The Lucky Ones is a 12-month mentoring membership for established women, non-binary and gender non-conforming graphic and web designers who want to charge properly and run a studio that fits around the rest of their life. Anna Dower mentors members directly rather than handing them a course to work through alone.

The focus sits on the business side of design: pricing, positioning, enquiry and onboarding systems, and the confidence to hold a higher number in a client conversation. Members work toward $5K-$10K design projects and fewer, better-fit clients rather than a fuller calendar. Support runs daily inside the member community, with monthly masterclasses and workshops, group coaching, and direct feedback from Anna on real client situations. It suits people ready to commit to a year of work, not anyone looking for a quick fix.

Outcomes

  • Double your prices without losing good clients
  • Win five to ten thousand dollar design projects
  • Make more money from fewer, better-fit clients
  • Run repeatable pricing and onboarding systems
  • Build a design studio that fits around your life

What's included?

  • 1:1 call with Anna

A private call with Anna Dower to work through where your business is stuck right now, whether that is pricing, a difficult client, or deciding what to stop offering altogether.

  • Monthly masterclass

A teaching session each month on one part of running a design business, from positioning and pricing through to packaging your services so clients understand what they are buying.

  • Live monthly workshop

A working session where you build something rather than watch a presentation, applying what has been taught to your own studio while Anna is there to answer questions in real time.

  • Group coaching call with Anna

Regular group coaching where members bring live problems and hear how other designers are handling the same pricing, client, and workload questions.

  • Daily coaching in the member community

Ongoing daily support inside the members space, so a proposal question or an awkward client email does not have to wait until the next scheduled call.

  • Real-time feedback from Anna

Direct feedback on your actual work, pricing, and client communications rather than general advice, so you can send the proposal knowing it has been looked over.

  • Done-for-you template library

Thousands of dollars worth of templates covering the paperwork side of a design studio, so proposals, onboarding, and client documents do not get rebuilt from scratch every time.

  • Access to all of Anna's courses

Full access to Design Biz Bootcamp, Path to Profit, and Brand Rehab, so you can work through a full course when you need depth on one topic instead of waiting for it to come up live.

  • Workshop library

An archive of past workshops and masterclasses you can work through at your own pace, useful for catching up on a topic before you need it in a client conversation.

Who is this for?

  • Established women, non-binary and gender non-conforming graphic and web designers who are skilled but consistently undercharging
  • Designers juggling family and business who want a studio that runs on fewer hours without shrinking their income
  • Freelance designers ready to move from small one-off jobs to five-figure projects with premium clients
  • Design business owners who want a year of direct mentoring rather than another self-paced course
