The Raft is an online leadership program and community for women physicians, built on the idea that every physician is already a leader and deserves training that reflects that. It was founded by Dr. Mamta Gautam, a psychiatrist known as "the doctors' doctor" for her decades of work on physician health, wellbeing, and leadership development.

Members get weekly accredited leadership webinars, accessible any time, plus monthly training sessions on topics like leadership mastery, resilience, and working with male allies. Live sessions run alongside a full library of recordings, so members can join monthly calls when their schedule allows or catch up later, and can bring questions to live Ask Me Anything sessions. The result is an ongoing peer network of women physicians and their allies who support each other's growth as leaders, not just a one-time course.
