Leading Along the Edge is one of three entry points into the EchoSystem, the six-month container Gary Lougher built within the Rebel's Playground. It is designed for people leading at the edge of who they currently know themselves to be. The work joins the EchoSystem structure alongside its other doors, Rebel Aliveness and Trauma Recovery. Members start with a free thirty-minute conversation that carries no pitch and no pressure, used only to test fit. The founding cohort is limited to five people who work as collaborators with Gary. Surrounding resources include the Self-Compassion Lab, the Playground Library, and the Tavern at the Edge, where his forthcoming book unfolds chapter by chapter.
