The Studio is a private membership for doctors who feel something needs to change but are not sure what comes next. Some want to leave medicine, some want to go part-time, and some just want to see what is out there before deciding anything. You do not need a plan to join.
The Studio was built by former NHS surgeon Diana Montalvo from the conversations doctors kept having with her in her DMs. Members bring their real situations, hear from doctors at every stage of a transition and see what non-clinical and portfolio careers actually look like. There is no pressure to post or be active. Everything shared inside stays confidential, and the community is open to doctors anywhere in the world.
