The Tri Project — Triathlon, for everyone

We believe triathlon shouldn’t feel like a sport you need to already be fit, experienced or know everything about before you begin.

The Tri Project is a community built to help everyday people get into triathlon, whether your goal is to complete your first sprint triathlon, take on a 70.3, finish an Ironman, or simply discover what you're capable of.

A training plan that tells you exactly what to do

One of the hardest things about starting triathlon is knowing how to train for three different sports at the same time.

How many times should you swim? How far should you run? What should you actually do on the bike? How hard should you train? When should you rest? And how do you fit all of that around work, family and everyday life?

Inside The Tri Project, you'll get access to structured triathlon training plans created by world-class coach Bex Milnes, taking the guesswork out of your training.

Whether you're starting from scratch or working towards your next finish line, you'll have a clear plan to follow across swim, bike, run, strength and recovery — so when you wake up in the morning, you know exactly what you're supposed to be doing and why.

You'll find training plans designed for different distances and abilities, from getting started in triathlon through to Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 and Ironman.

And if swimming is the thing holding you back, we've got you covered there too — including our beginner Couch to 400m swim programme, designed to help you build confidence in
