ThePlayground Senior Circle

ThePlayground Senior Circle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community built on Circle’s platform to combat senior loneliness through daily live events and meaningful interactions. Members join a 24-hour open Zoom room for spontaneous connections and scheduled gatherings like coffee chats, trivia games, and movie nights. Designed to feel like a private social network, the community includes direct messaging, a member marketplace, and over two dozen interest groups for sharing stories, photos, and resources.

In our private forum, seniors engage in topic-focused groups ranging from gardening to current events to spark conversation and mutual support. Weekly live events and office-style “Drop-In” sessions ensure everyone has a chance to participate at their convenience. Supported entirely by donations, ThePlayground Senior Circle remains free and ad-free, fostering a welcoming space where no one has to face isolation alone.
