I started my career in New York and at Film House in London, where I trained alongside editors from Silk Factory and Zealot UK. Ten years cutting everything from small indies to studio blockbusters. Today, distributors come to me when a film needs its first impression built — the trailer that has to earn international sales before anyone has seen the movie. Compressing a story's emotional core into a couple of minutes is the whole job, and it's a craft almost nobody teaches properly.
