WeLEAD is for corporate professionals at every stage of their leadership journey: >> Aspiring leaders — you're ambitious, you know you have potential, and you want to build the foundation before you step into the role. >> New managers — you just got promoted and no one told you how different this would be. Whatever your stage, WeLEAD gives you the skills, the support, and the community to lead with confidence — without burning out.

There's no application process (yet) — but WeLEAD is not for everyone. We're building a community of people who are here to grow, contribute, and support others. Members who are consistently passive, negative, or not aligned with the spirit of the community will be encouraged to move on. We protect the quality of the space for everyone in it.

Honestly? Because right now, the price is not the point. WeLEAD is at a founding-member price — and yes, it's deliberately low. I'm fully aware it doesn't reflect the value of what's inside. If you do the math — live masterclasses, group mentoring sessions, self-paced training, and direct access to an experienced leadership coach — you're looking at something that would cost thousands of euros if you bought each piece separately. But at this stage, I want to focus entirely on building a community that genuinely delivers, learning what works, and getting it right — without the pressure that comes with premium pricing. When WeLEAD is mature and stable, the price will be in line with the market. And everyone who believed in this from the beginning will have locked in conditions that will never be available again. That's the deal I'm offering to founding members.

Everything that actually matters in corporate leadership — the things no one teaches you formally: communication and influence, managing up and across, navigating difficult dynamics, leading under pressure, building credibility, setting boundaries, and leading sustainably without sacrificing performance.

There's no minimum requirement — WeLEAD works around your schedule. Live sessions are recorded if you can't attend, and self-paced resources are available anytime. T hat said, the more you show up, the more you get out of it. Even 30 minutes a week can make a difference when it's the right 30 minutes.

WeLEAD is a community, not a course — which means it grows with the people in it. Right now, most content is created and led by coaches and mentors. But as the community evolves, we want members to bring their own experience, share their challenges and wins, and — over time — step into mentoring roles themselves. We're building something together. The ideal WeLEAD member is here to give as much as they receive.

Most programs end. You do the work, you see results, and then you're on your own — and old patterns creep back in. WeLEAD is different because it combines four things that no single coaching program offers: skill training, group mentoring, peer community, and ongoing support. The learning doesn't stop. The community stays. And you're never alone with the hard moments.
