WIBE Network

WIBE Network is a professional membership community for academic leaders in business education who want peer support, strategic insight, and meaningful connection. Founded in 2020 by Lisa Leander, WIBE has grown from a community for women in business schools into a global network open to all business school leaders ready to lead with imagination and innovation. Members join monthly peer-led Inner Circles of six to eight colleagues for ongoing accountability and support. The community also provides year-round virtual and in-person professional development workshops focused on practical leadership skills, from budget negotiations to team building. WIBE is designed for leaders who are navigating the real complexities of higher education, not just the theoretical ones. It brings together deans, associate deans, administrators, and academics from across the world who want to shape the future of business education together.
