Women Go Tech is a professional mentorship and education initiative created to support women who are entering or advancing in technology, engineering, and digital innovation. Through its 6-month Acceleration Program, participants are matched with experienced mentors, develop leadership skills, grow their professional networks, and gain the confidence to take the next step in their careers. The program is designed to help junior tech professionals level up strategically and work toward their next promotion while becoming part of a supportive community of peers and industry leaders. Admissions to the next cohort is currently open.

Women Go Tech also offers the AI Foundations course, a Google.org-funded, completely free and self-paced program that introduces the basics of artificial intelligence. Designed for people with no technical background, the course helps participants understand how AI works and how to apply it to everyday tasks, projects, and professional life. With expert-led workshop recordings, practical hands-on assignments, and access to a thriving community, learners build both confidence and real-world skills. Together, these programs create meaningful pathways into the tech workforce and contribute to a more inclusive, diverse, and future-ready tech ecosystem.
