Young Honest Mother

The Young Honest Mother Community is a digital space designed to support parents through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with intentional guidance and shared connection. Created by experienced doula Maris Young, the community offers posts, monthly “Ask a Doula” live gatherings, and a growing library of micro-resources that focus on clarity, reassurance, and practical wisdom without performance pressure. Members can ask questions, receive support, and learn alongside others in similar seasons of life, fostering a calming and thoughtful environment beyond traditional social channels. The space includes short grounding practices, birth and postpartum tools, affirmations, journal prompts, and expert insight tailored to everyday life with pregnancy and new parenthood challenges. With monthly live gatherings and replay access, the community offers flexibility and support for diverse schedules and needs. Participants have the opportunity to engage with others and explore practical strategies for advocating for themselves with providers and navigating healthcare systems with confidence.
