#IgniteLearning is a membership for people who design, build and deliver training inside their organizations. Many work alone, juggling stakeholders, legacy systems, tight timelines and small budgets, with no one nearby who understands the job.
The community is built around those in-house realities rather than general design theory. Each month brings a live workshop, a working session where members bring real projects for peer feedback, and a new template. Everything is recorded, so a missed session is easy to catch up on.
Sessions run under an hour and are guided by Dani Watkins of Zenith Performance Solutions. A 7-day free trial lets new members look around before committing.

Monthly Workshop
A live deep dive each month on design strategy, stakeholder management and emerging tools. Sessions run under 60 minutes, and every workshop is recorded in case you cannot attend live.
Monthly Working Session
Bring your real work to a monthly working session and get peer feedback on it, so you can make design decisions with more confidence. Sessions are recorded if you cannot join live.
Tactical Trainings
Step-by-step trainings on Canva, AI, Articulate Storyline and Rise, so you can pick up the tools used in everyday L&D work and apply them to your own projects.
Monthly Template
At least one professionally designed template each month that you can use in your own courses within the same week, without heavy adaptation.
The Resource Library
Recordings, templates and components from past months, available on demand so new members can catch up and revisit anything they missed.
