I grew up in Germany as a child of Vietnamese immigrants, working out what it meant to be Vietnamese while living far from Vietnam. It wasn't until my early 20s that I started reconnecting with my heritage — returning to Vietnam often, learning its history, and recognizing a gap that needed to be filled.

Before that, I built a career across venture capital and tech — interning at Samsung NEXT, then working at Google in Singapore as a Senior Account Manager. Those years showed me how scattered and disconnected Vietnamese professionals were across the world, despite how talented and accomplished so many of them had become. That gap shaped everything I’ve built since.
