Rachel Kilmer, known online as Rach The Realtor, is a Kansas City real estate agent who has sold hundreds of homes by building her business on relationships and referrals rather than cold outreach or high-pressure sales tactics. Before real estate, she worked as an Emmy-nominated local sports reporter, covering the Royals, Chiefs, and local college sports, and later brought those same storytelling skills to building a following on TikTok and other platforms.

Rachel created the RTR Coaching Collaborative to teach other agents the systems and relationship-first approach behind her own growth, pairing her personal track record with coaching, templates, and a community of agents building their businesses the same way.
